What was wrong
Education and migration agents compete on promises, and the families they sell to have usually already been burned by one. This firm counsels in Lahore and lodges in Australia under a registered agent, which is the actual product — and it is the one thing a page of visa categories cannot explain.
What I built
The site leads with what the firm will not do: no guarantees sold, no shortcuts taken. The registered agent’s number, the ABN and both offices sit in the first screen, where a reader can check them rather than take them. The four kinds of work stand beside each other instead of hiding in a menu, the process is written out in five steps with the fee in writing as a step of its own, and the guides answer the refusal questions families are actually searching for at midnight.
Where it landed
Built and ready, and holding at the gate for one reason: the credentials on the page are still the placeholders, and a site whose whole argument is ‘check us’ does not launch with a number nobody can check.
