What was wrong

An independent Salisbury workshop competes against franchise chains with national ad budgets. The brief was sharp: own local search across northern Adelaide, look like a workshop people trust with a turbo rebuild, and cost almost nothing to run.

What I built

I built the site as a content engine, not a set of pages: 12 services and 22 suburbs in typed data files compose into 234 indexable, pre-rendered pages, each with copy, internal links and AutoRepair JSON-LD specific to its service and location. The NORTHBOUND design system — rationed red on charcoal — sets a documentary, garage-floor tone.

Where it landed

Launched live at speedservice.com.au with 234 indexable pages from one typed source, a fully static build that loads instantly, and structured data that puts the workshop's hours and services directly in front of search engines and AI assistants.
