What was wrong
A family tilt-tray operation out of Edinburgh North, on Adelaide roads since 2009. Almost every visit to this site is an emergency: one hand, a phone, often at night, often in the rain. The first design I gave them went the other way entirely — an industrial dispatch-docket theme with mono labels, numbered sections and ledger tables — and it was rejected, correctly, for looking machine-made.
What I built
I threw the theme out and rebuilt it on their own photography: their trucks, shot at night, lit. The headline answers the question the visitor actually has rather than describing the company, the number is in the bar, in the hero and at the foot of every section, and a live line says the truck is already rolling. Under it sits the real range — prestige and lowered cars, 4x4s, machinery, boats, twenty-foot containers — each with its own page and the suburbs it covers.
Where it landed
Built and ready. Thirty pages from typed service and suburb data, the phone number never more than a thumb away, and their own gallery and Google record carrying the proof instead of invented testimonials.
