Design & build, end to end.
What was wrong
Three boutiques across Adelaide and Melbourne dressing the Afghan and Hazaragi community for the days that matter. Every piece is handmade and sized in person, so the usual answer, a storefront with a cart, would have sold the wrong thing badly.
What I built
The site is a catalogue and a reel wall, not a shop. It opens on a dress that unfolds as you scroll and settles into the line about dresses worn like ceremony, then hands the reader straight to the collection, the occasions and the in-store films. Ordering is a message, deliberately, because size and colour get settled by a person. Their own reach carries the proof rather than testimonial tiles.
Where it landed
Live across three boutiques, with the collection, the occasions and the reels all reachable from the first screen and every order landing in a conversation.
