Design & build, end to end.
What was wrong
A top-performing LJ Hooker Casey agent needed a personal brand that stood apart from the templated franchise profiles every agent in the area runs — and converted visitors into booked appraisals, on a budget that ruled out a CMS or backend.
What I built
I art-directed the whole site as a printed lifestyle magazine, not a property portal: warm ivory paper, a single signature red, gold-edged awards detailing, and a magazine-masthead hero. DM Serif Display pairs with Manrope; the appraisal form posts through Web3Forms with no backend to host.
Where it landed
Built and ready, with the magazine-masthead hero rated the strongest across the batch of client sites. Pending launch at fatimayazdani.com.au.
